If the unit is vacant, you may check out a key for two hours. We require a $20.00 cash key deposit and a copy of your photo ID. The key deposit is refunded when you return the keys. If you do not return the keys as agreed, the key deposit may be used to rekey the locks.

If the unit is not vacant, we will help you coordinate with the current tenant - You will make an appointment directly with them to see the unit.

After you have seen the inside, you may fill out an
application. (You must have Microsoft Word to view and print the application online. If you do not have Microsoft Word, you can pick up an application at our office.) We use a rental screening service. The processing fee is $25.00 per adult, which needs to be paid by cash or money order only. We also need written verification of income, such as your last pay stub, etc. The application process takes from two to twenty-four hours.

Once your application has been approved, we request that you pay the security deposit within twenty-four hours. The security deposit must be paid by cashier's check or money order only. We will then take the property off the market.

The first month's rent must also be paid by cashier's check or money order. After you have moved in, you may pay future rent payments by personal check.
