Please read ALL instructions and be sure the application is complete & signed before submitting. We require a wet signature (actual signature – not e-sign).  The application and required documentation can be submitted in person, faxed to 520-327-2293 or emailed to us at info@tucsonmanagement.com.

If you are submitting an application by fax or email,  the application fee can be paid by Zelle.  You MUST contact our office prior to submitting a Zelle payment – NO REFUNDS for Zelle payments that do not go through. We have to receive it before it can refund it.  Application fees are NOT refundable once we start processing the application.  ONLY Tucson Management, Inc. applications will be accepted.

Our office is located at 5671 N. Oracle Road #1103, we are on the Northwest corner of Oracle Road & Roller Coaster Road.  We have a mail slot in our front door if you need to drop off outside our office hours.
