Tucson Management, Inc. is a full service Real Estate and Property Management company with over 20 years of experience. We manage over 300 units throughout the metropolitan Tucson area; including single family homes, condos, townhomes, and small to medium sized apartment complexes.

Staffing includes 3 full time & 1 part time dedicated well trained career employees plus 3 full time maintenance personnel. There are also full/part time on-site employees, as needed.

YARDI computerized property management software is utilized for client accounting and reporting. All monies are held in a Property Management Trust Account, audited by the State. Monthly reports are prepared for each property with year to date information. Complete documentation is provided for IRS purposes.

We are members of the National Association of Realtors, The Arizona Association of Realtors, the Tucson Association of Realtors, and the local Multiple Listing Service. We are also members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
