As a property owner you want the best tenant and the least amount of expenses to make your property as profitable as possible. We understand this is your business and treat it as such.

We screen all applicants 18 years and older – our background screening includes but not limited to the following:
Criminal History
Rental History – including evictions
Credit Reports
Income/Employment Verification
Sex offender search

Fair Housing is not just a logo or tag line, it is imperative part of our lives.  Tucson Management, Inc. practices Fair Housing in all aspects of our business.

Our goal is to find the best tenant for your property, do the necessary repairs and provide you with an understandable report.

Our management fee is 10% of the collected rents, this may be negotiable based upon your portfolio of properties. We do not charge a set up or sign up fee, a separate administration fee or mark up any vendors bills. There is no charge to be your statutory agent for the required property registration with Pima County.  A statutory agent is required for all out of state owners.

Of course, we are a business too and because we don’t charge a bunch or extra fees we cannot absorb the cost of the expenses you would have if you managed the property yourself – such as postage, copies & accounts payable checks. We do charge you an annual lease renewal fee for any tenants that renew after the first year and an advertising fee for when a property is advertised for rent.

We don’t charge the prospective tenant an “administration” fee on top of the application fee or a fee to complete the lease signing process. We feel these fees can be a deterrent for the applicant.
